Hello

Your X-ray findings suggests prominent bronchovascular markings with firocalcified lesions in bilateral mid zone of lung.
Fibrocalcified lesions may be due to sequel of past infection.Lung parenchyma heals by fibrosis and calcification.
It is generally a permanent benign finding and patient usually doesn't require any treatment.
Fibrosis in lung may require treatment only when it compromises pulmonary functions.
Prominent brochovascular markings may be due to aging etc.It is also generally a benign finding.

Blunted left CP angle may be due to mild effusion, pleural thickening etc.Ultrasound of thorax can be done.

Get well soon.
Take Care
